My professional path has seen me collaborate with prestigious organizations, including the United Nations and the Institute of Global Professionals. My passion for foreign service inspires me to connect with diverse individuals, broadening my perspective. I am Jacob Cardel, based in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines, with a keen interest in information, libraries, and museums, having visited numerous museums throughout Manila. As a committed Catholic and Christian and a member of the global-Roman Archdiocese of Manila as one of the members of our local church in the parish of our lady of the abandoned in Mandaluyong, Philippines, I actively participate in Christian/eucharistic masses, promoting the principles of God's kingdom. Additionally, I am a governance professional and serve as an academic faculty member at Arellano University, Stanley College West Perth Campus and UP Manila.

Currently, I am pursuing studies in politics and governance at Arellano University, with the goal of obtaining a master’s degree in management from the University of the Philippines Manila, renowned as one of the country's premier research institutions.
