Jacob C. Cardel

As a dedicated HR solicitor and sociologist, I proudly serve clients in both the Philippines and Australia. My academic journey began at Arellano University in Manila, where I obtained degrees in Political Science and Government Management, followed by Management studies at UP Manila and a specialization in International Law from UCL in London. My professional path has seen me collaborate with prestigious organizations, including the United Nations and the Institute of Global Professionals. I have further enriched my knowledge through various online courses, such as Globalization and Governance (GOV101), Introduction to Citizen Science & Scientific Crowdsourcing (GEOG0152), and Human Resources Management and Social Sciences (Area Studies). My passion for foreign service inspires me to connect with diverse individuals, broadening my perspective. I am Jacob Cardel, based in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines, with a keen interest in information, libraries, and museums, having visited numerous museums throughout Manila. I have also established partnerships with global firms across the world. In my biography, I portray myself as an international leader, striving to motivate others to embrace their authentic selves and achieve greatness.


As a committed Catholic and Christian and a member of the global-Roman Archdiocese of Manila as one of the members of our local church in the parish of our lady of the abandoned in Mandaluyong, Philippines, I actively participate in Christian/eucharistic masses, promoting the principles of God's kingdom. Additionally, I am a governance professional and serve as an academic faculty member at Arellano University, Stanley College West Perth Campus and UP Manila.


Currently, I am pursuing studies in politics and governance at Arellano University, with the goal of obtaining a master’s degree in management from the University of the Philippines Manila, renowned as one of the country's premier research institutions.
